Natural Elements (ages 13-18)
We can all feel low, anxious and stressed at times, and nature provides us with great medicine for the mind, body and spirit. Come and join our counsellors for a relaxed, practical taster session on how we may use elements of nature to engage our senses, calm our minds and reflect on ourselves and our lives.
You can expect:
