From the Door43 Counselling team:
Art Therapy
Art therapy is the inclusion of creative activities within a therapy session, delivered by a qualified therapist. Some people find it easier to communicate thoughts and feelings through the expression of art, rather than words. Creative activities can help to put you at ease during a therapy session.
The art therapy taster sessions are not designed to be group counselling or therapy.

You’ll have access to a variety of art materials and the freedom to create. A qualified Art Therapist will be on hand to support and guide you through the work.
The session is free and open to all abilities. No skills or experience in art-making is necessary.
